ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION.
Global Fire Technologies can undertake asset audits and inspections of new & existing structures. These appraisals will be comprehensive and will ensure conformance with all Legislative, Building Code of Australia, Australian and ISO Standard requirements.
When undertaking asset audits and inspections it is intended that certification will be provided, subject to the individual sub-elements meeting the minimum standard for certification.
Where the asset is in such a state that conformance to the required standard is not achieved, the asset audit will provide written advice on the items requiring rectification and action.
Global Fire Technologies can also provide the services and products to ensure that recertification is achieved.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL / CONTAINMENT
Where products containing asbestos fibres are detected during site inspections, Global Fire Technologies will provide written advice on the appropriateness of containment or removal and where required can have such products removed. We also possess a Class 3 Demolition License (WAD: 0074)

SUPPLY and INSTALLATION SERVICE
Global Fire Technologies provide our passive fire products on a supply and installation basis with full certification to the respective requirements of the Legislative, Building Code of Australia, Australian and ISO Standards.
SUPPLY ONLY.
Global Fire Technologies can also provide our passive fire products on a supply only basis ex factory, supported with full installation procedures and a self certification process. Also available, our unique supply only fire door package allowing the builder to provide their own steel doorframes & hardware, install the doors themselves and receive complete certification to AS 1530.4 & AS 1905.1.
MANUFACTURE.
Where required Global Fire Technologies manufactures our respective passive fire sub-elements i.e. fire doors.
MAINTENANCE.
Full maintenance programs for doors and penetration seals in accordance with AS1851, AS1905.1 and the BCA, including the design of inspection protocols and the provision of Log Books. We specialize in the identification of asbestos content fire doors, the development of containment / handling policies and the eventual safe removal of the doors.
BELOW GROUND FIRE PROTECTION.
