Air Grilles
Air transfer grilles on Maxi fire doors allow for circulation of air between fire protected compartments. In the event of fire, the intumescent incorporated within the air transfer grilles prevents the transfer of flames and hot gases, and maintains the overall integrity and fire resistance of the doorset for up to 2 hours.

Door Frames
Our range of Brodie fire rated metal door frames are available to suit a variety of applications in masonry, stud plasterboard partitions, CSR Hebel or Rapidwall wall systems for fire ratings up to 4 hours. Standard door frames for E-Core Commercial Maxi Fire Doors are 1.4 mm thick zincanneal mild steel and are supplied as a complete unit with welded corner construction.

Double Swing Door
Pivoted full 180 degree swing doors have the design and functionality, with fire ratings up to 2 hours. Available in single and double leaf configurations with aluminium bullnose meeting stiles, these double swing doors are ideal for use in hospitals, kitchens and for doorways requiring high levels of egress.

Interconnecting
Trafalgar interconnecting hotel room doors are available with fire ratings up to 4 hours and acoustic levels of up to STC 46. These doors are ideal for use in hotels for separating rooms while maintaining excellent fire and sound resistance.

Meeting Stiles
Where pairs of doors are required, the meeting stiles are fitted with vertical sections to the edge of each door leaf preventing passage of flame, smoke and hot gases during a fire.

Radiation Doors
Lead lined doors are used as fire rated radiation shielding doors in hospital x-ray rooms. It provides fire ratings up to 2 hours and is available in various sizes.

Sealing Systems
Protecting against smoke, pests, wind, rain, dirt, heat, cold and limiting light.
All E-Core Mini Fire Doors have gaps between the door leaf and the frame to allow doors to be opened and closed. Various door sealing systems are available to seal these gaps when the door is closed. The different door sealing systems provide a combination of protection against noise, smoke and pests, as well as from weather elements such as wind and dirt. A fully sealed door and frame arrangement also limits light and reduces leakage of heat (or air conditioning) from one side of the door to the other.

Vision Panels
Vision panels are used where vision into an adjoining room is required and for safety to avoid collisions in areas of high egress. It is a practical, versatile and aesthetically striking option for glazing of fire resistant doors.
Designed for fire ratings up to 4 hours when tested to Australian and New Zealand standards and is available with Georgian Wired (1 hour), E-Glaze (4 hours) or Robax (4 hours) glass.
